   Dr. Pang has been engaged in the comparative study of Nuring ethics among Hong Kong, USA, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Mainland of China. She is trying to establish the code of nursing ethics for all over China based on the ethical values she extracted from nurses with delphi methods.
